Can't Take My Eyes Off You |
I’ve been looking for something to keep me occupied that I can complete, well I think I’ve found it! This is the first I’ve bought and shall definitely buy more!
The item comes in a lovely box with straightforward instructions and overall took around 4 hours to build.
My music box doesn’t work however although it may have been due to my build.
I finished the robot off with some acrylic paints to make him nice and vibrant for my room and he now has pride of place on my dressing table.

My 11yr old daughter and I assembled this together - neither of us had done anything like this before. One or two hiccups along the way but nothing that wasn't able to be corrected. The finished article looks great and is now on display. All the pieces came away from their boards easily enough, there was enough glue provided & the music is charming. There's even a little screwdriver provided together with some sandpaper (which we didn't need). My only gripe is that batteries were supposed to have been included but weren't which then cost me a few quid extra. Completed over the course of 3 days of 2-3 hour sessions (with my daughter asking me "when can we work on the robot?" 👍🏻). Looking at buying another model. No hesitation in recommending.
Bought for my wife... Only took her about 4 hours but she loved it! Seemed straightforward enough if a little fiddly - her nails probably didn’t help considering they’re like talons. Instructions are easy to follow and all the pieces are pre-cut and already designed. You literally just have to follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong.
I brought 2 of these for my son and nephew for Christmas and they are brilliant! I’d highly recommend them to anyone who loves building with wood. I helped my son and my 16 yr helped my 9yr nephew with construction as it was a little fiddly but the instructions were spot on. There are a few different kinds, we brought the little robot. The tune is cute and absolutely adorable with the light inside a few different. Will be buying a different one for their birthday as it’s nice to build together
My husband loves these kind of models and in the winter months they keep him entertained for hours. This particular one is just a bit different. For starters it comes with a musical box that plays fly me to the moon. The pieces are extremely well cut and pop out of the frames easily. These are never really straight forward and I would say not for under 12’s. This one will take several hours to complete. You can paint the pieces before assembly if you want to but this will prolong the process. At the moment my husband is half way through and it’s really starting to look fab. This is ideal for anyone who loves a puzzle with a difference and especially good for any young adults interested in construction.
