I’m excited to gift this to my son that is an Astro photographer. It does not compare to his equipment but replicates what was used years ago. I love the detail on the telescope as well as the leather on the scope and the cover on the lens. I’m going to buy another kit to keep for myself.
This really works. It wasn’t very challenging to put it together though. It only took a couple of hours.
This was a gift for my 17 year old grandson. He said some parts of the instructions could be a little clearer. I’ve got him several of these wooden kits and he’s enjoyed putting them together and loves all of them. I will continue sending these to him. I’ve already picked which one to send next, the globe.
Alot of parts and small pieces but hes having fun figuring it out.
