I got this as a gift for my boyfriend. He loves everything about it. It was a nearly a week long project for him. The pieces were all there with some extra. He even went to paint it to make it look more "realistic". The ads and descriptions were all on point and it's awesome how it works to shoot rubberbands. Which apparently you don't need the other part to have it. He loves it and it continues to be a fun gift with the little targets to rubber band shoot.
My 35-year old 8-year old man-child has so much fun putting this together. Challenging enough to keep him occupied, easy enough to complete without a tantrum.
Amusingly, at Christmas imagine the surprise when 3 out of 4 brothers received this on Christmas morning thinking they had uniquely nailed the perfect Christmas gift for their siblings. And to be honest, they did. Each brother (with varying levels of patience and experience) enjoyed putting together and using this gift. The ease to assemble is NOT a knock on the product. It is what MADE the experience fun. There were clear instructions and it was absolutely possible. However the intricacies and workings of the finished device made the assembly detailed and requiring focus. And they LOVED it.
This took some time to put together. The directions were easy to follow. It is fun to play with now that it’s put together
I gave this to my son for christmas. He really enjoyed putting it together. It's definitely a puzzle.
